  • We ship on Your Account Number.
  • We are unable to fulfill and ship orders addressed to P.O. boxes.
  • Please make sure to provide us with a physical street address to which we can ship your order.
  • Shipments on Weekends:
    • You can inquire about Saturday Delivery, but 4:30 p.m. EST is still the shipping cut off time on Friday afternoon.
  • After your order is packaged and weighed, the actual shipping cost is determined. If the order exceeds the deposit of $75.00, you will be charged the difference at checkout. It usually takes a couple of days to get invoiced. After invoicing, we will charge your card for the difference.
  • Holidays:
    • On certain holidays we will be closed or open for only a half-day. On these occasions, your order will ship the next business day that we are open.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST will ship the same day, unless it is an unusual order.
    • Special orders will ship the day the item(s) arrives at our warehouse.
    • If the items in your order are not all available in one of our warehouses, we may have to split ship your order. If this occurs, we will do our best to ship them the same day, as long as the order is placed prior to 1:00 p.m. EST.
    • Otherwise, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. on Friday will ship on the following Monday.
  • When will I receive my shipment?

    Ground shipping will take between one to five business days, depending upon your location and which warehouse we ship your order from. Please refer to the UPS graphics above for transit times.

  • How do I get my order’s Tracking Number?

    Your tracking number is automatically e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • What should I do if there is a problem with my Tracking Number?

    Login to your account by clicking here. Click PREVIOUS ORDERS and then verify your tracking number.

Returns & Shipping Damage Claims:

If you receive a product that has been obviously damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment. If the damage is not found until after the carrier has left your premises, please call the carrier to file a claim. All discrepancies on orders must be made within three working days of receipt of the shipment. Returns will only be accepted during this period of a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 800-989-6000 for a return authorization number. Products will only be accepted if they are received in the original condition and undamaged original packaging.

If a product other than OEM proves to be defective, Copylite will replace it with the same product or refund the full purchase price or a prorated amount based upon the usage of the product purchased directly from Copylite for up to 90 days from the original invoice sale date. All generic and compatible returns after 90 days from the invoice date will be processed for replacements only. Items that are opened, damaged, or not in original packaging may not be given full credit. Copylite only warrants products that are used under normal storage, handling, and operating conditions.

Under this warranty, Copylite’s Liability shall not extend to any secondary or consequential equipment damages or losses. All non-defective, non-OEM products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • What should I do if the box is damaged?

    If your package is obviously damaged, decline accepting the package from the delivery driver. Alternatively, call the shipping carrier and submit a damaged-shipment claim. (You will have five days from the receiving date to file a damaged shipment claim with the carrier.) Be sure to get the name of the agent you speak with at the carrier as well as a claim number.   • What happens if my item is on BACKORDER?

    It is simple, backordered items are non-refundable and usually take 7-14 business days to ship. NOTE: Backordered items will be subjected to an additional shipping charge of $14.99 for GROUND.

  • What should I do if one or more items are missing from my order?

    Check the amount of tracking numbers on your packing slip. Verify that you have received ALL boxes and check all the packing material for small items. If you are still missing a product, click here.

  • Do you ship to other countries? (International Shipments)

    Yes, we are happy to ship orders internationally via U.S. Postal Service. Minimum order amount of $250 is required for all international orders (orders under $250 will incur a $75 handling fee). A default shipping deposit of $75 USD ($45 USD to Canada) is collected at checkout. Once the order is packaged and weighed in our warehouse, we will be able to determine the actual cost of shipping. Should the actual cost exceed the amount of the shipping deposit, we will contact you for authorization prior to shipping. Please feel free to contact us directly to inquire about fees and alternative methods of international shipping. Copylite assumes no responsibility for any taxes, tariffs, customs, or duty fees associated with global shipping.

  • Can you ship my order COD?

    No, we cannot ship any orders COD. Every order must be paid for by credit card or check before it is pulled from the shelves of our warehouse.

  • My package never arrived, but, according to the tracking information, it was shipped. What should I do?

    In some cases, a package is lost by the carrier and never arrives. In this rare event, Copylite will either re-ship your items or reimburse you for the cost of your order IF we are notified within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Does Copylite offer blind drop shipping? Yes, we offer blind drop shipping. Please specify in the “Notes” section of the order page that we NOT include a packing slip with the shipment.
  • I entered the wrong shipping address when placing my order. What should I do? Call our corporate office (954.581.2470) immediately and let us know so we can correct this error. If you do NOT call us to correct the shipping information and the order is sent to the wrong address, you will be charged an additional $10.00. This is a UPS fee for delivering a package to the wrong address.
